Position: Personal Assistant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administratsion, or a related field
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
- Minimum of 5 years in Hotel Personal Assistant Role
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Hospitality
