Position: Personal Assistant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administratsion, or a related field
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Hotel Personal Assistant Role
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Hospitality
